How far in advance should I order the signs for my event?

We recommend ordering signs at least 2 1/2-3 weeks before the wedding date. This allows sufficient time for completing the design, printing, and shipping. However, we can also accommodate short order turnarounds. Please message us at info@thepapervine.com if you are concerned about the timeline for your event to see if we can accommodate. We do offer upgraded shipping for next day delivery as well. 

How do I send you the information to complete the proof?

For welcome signs and any other sign that only requires 1 or 2 items, the information can be provided at checkout.

For seating charts, please provide the information to info@shoppapervine.com.  We accept Excel spreadsheets, Google sheets, or Word documents and please have the names listed under each table name or number.

How long will it take to receive the proof?

Proof will be completed within 1-3 business days and will be sent to the email address associated with the order. For changes that need to be made, please message us back with those changes and they be made within 1-2 business days. If the proof is perfect and there are no changes, just message us back "approved" and the sign will be sent to print.

Once the proof is approved, how long will it take to get to me?

Printing will be completed within 1-3 business days and will be shipped via UPS.  UPS shipping takes around 3-4 business days depending on location.  We do also 2-day and next day shipping.

Help, my sign arrived damaged. What should I do? 

Email us photos of the damage and we will submit a new sign to print. The new sign will be printed within 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS which takes 3-4 business days.
